| Job-Azuolynas-Job. 19' warmup + 600xtree-strumps (11') + quite hilly section (26'/asc 200m) + warmdown. I took it quite easy, because I was afraid for my shin, but everytihing went allright. My heart-rate monitor was not working so don't know my heart's rate. |
