Grabuciskes. Setting controls for 1/2 'line' course 75' + testing how Jemelia settled his controls on his 1/2 'line' course:)) Felt not very bad but couldn't breath because of pain in ribs so max speed on paths was 6'/km. Kacergine. Training of the month with big strong field: Jemelia, Ramuncikas, Mantas J., Donatas S., Henrikas and Simas. Warmup 2km/12'/avg128 - Kacegine offroad Loop 11km/62'/avg 161 - 5km Loop/23'15"/avg 171 - 5km Loop/21'34"/avg 180 - cooldown 3km/22'/avg 135. Simas, big guy, showed us how to run: 5km/18'45" + 5km/20'05 (easy one:))). On offroad loop I had bad fall down - slipped on some root and bashed into a tree with my right side (ribs) and head...couldn't breath for a while... later it was better but not OK. Cooling my ribs right now and hoping for best:))

J-A-J. Very easy running with Jemelia. Tiead to find out some places for ski-imitation, but it was to slippery for runnig downhills.
