Romainiai. Long training with Ramunchikas Flat Loop + Hilly Loop without last 2 hills. 60' very easy jogging (avg 135) Loop + 57' (avg 159) ascending speed from easy to moderate and tough last uphill + cooldon 15'.

J-P-J. Very easy running with Jemelia and Boga. Pushed one uphill asc15m for fun. Ribs after some medicines (KetoSpray) were not very painfull.
