| Kacergine. O-course 6.6k/19ctrls. No warmup, no cooldown. Took it quite tough first half, later one leg started ache so took it easy... Bad decision to run without warmup on cold and rainy weather. 3'-3.5' mistakes (1' - wrong control place). |
