Calf a lot better, this week had more treatment on the ankle/foot. Lots of tightness around heel and below ankle which locks up the foot into a bad position. Needles to top of ankle really loosened things.
Continue:
Calf raise & drops
Calf stretching with wedge - focus on toe and windlass
Do:
Rolling feet inward/out
Vib plate - 30Hz Calf drops (with slight rotation) 3 x 60 sec (single leg)
Vib plate - 35Hz Toe raise hold 6 x 20sec (both legs)
