After knee pain last Friday. Lower back was compressed and quite tight, which generally stops hips working so well. Cause could be running or sitting, or the extremes of both. Calves were also v. tight. Has been a while since last visit so not too big a deal. Recommended to keep up one-legged exercises (squats etc)
