SN Schools League Short Blue

Just cruising round, not over-stretching calf. It generally felt ok and had a good run.

shoes: Carrera Vanquish

Cycle from home with Ruth and Nick. Out to Marlow and then the Duo loop in reverse. Tired by the end.

Note

Physio Visit

Checked out my calf. Not too much damage, a building of tension and a spasm in the very top of the achillies muscle. A lot of tightness in my lower back (RHS)

Need to:
Foam roll lower back
Immediately after do one legged squats (twisting inwards) on LHS to activate L glute
Roll / massage outside of calves

Run (Wallingford) 18:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:09 / km)
shoes: Addidas Kanadia TR6

Lunchtime easy run. Calf still feels slightly strange but no pain or soreness.

First run in new shoes, slightly more trainer-like, will have to watch knee/itb and ankles but they seemed ok.
