Easy lunchtime run along the ridgeway + loop. Same as usual recently, knee ok, a bit of a swelling feeling after 25mins, present when running more on toes/uphill. No pain.

MAC Track. Short reps session. They definitely got harder but I didn't drop off too much. 400 ~80sec, 200 ~37sec. Knee ok, toe a bit sore next day.
