Wanted to do a longer session, so did a loop S of Nettlebed before going straight into the O

TVOC Level C - Brown - Nettlebed

Know the area well so used it as long race training. First half easy nav and fast underfoot. A few silly mistakes creeping in as I tired (at ~75mins of running) from not keeping in contact or reading all of the detail. Physically still felt quite good at the end (105min) although not the toughest terrain.

Mistakes ~4:15min
(1)(0:30) - Overshot assumed pit would be visible from path
(4)(0:15) - Distance judgement, unmapped thickets?
(14)(2:15) - Parallel error in green, took bearing but ignored it
(16)(1:00) - RC paths were better & misread thicket AP and overshot
(23)(0:15) - Bit unlucky had good line but veered to depressions downhill

MAC Track Bit of a lame session running round the park. Roughly 12 x 200m fast / 200m jog. Didn't go that hard. L quad still sore afterwards though
