MM Training with Ruth in the Brecon Beacons. From Talybont up and then across the Dyffryn Crawnon valley then up on to Llangynidr and Merthyr Common (JK 2014). Cut a bit lower on the way back but still a good long effort.

MM Training with Ruth in the Brecon Beacons. Up to Pen y fan from the south, a bit boggy to start and then along the ridges over towards Brecon. Great day out in the hills, felt pretty good.
