Run from Nailsbourne on the lanes. Lots of calf rolling and massage and it felt ok for first 20mins but then got sore again. Lots of tightness in lower leg generally, knee and shin but toe seems ok.

Run from the rentals, on lanes and paths. Had slight soreness in R calf after Tuesdays session but felt quite sore after a couple of ks of this run. It didn't ease off much either.
