Foot/ankle still not feeling good. Deep aching feeling in ankle (front) and outside above ankle. Things do seem to loosen up after elliptical sessions

7 x 2' (easy) [1' walk]

This felt pretty good whilst running. Felt like foot was working pretty well and didn't feel as weird running as expected considering 2 month break. Little bit of soreness on inside below ankle.

Evening/following day - does not feel good. Same kind of ache feeling I had from about week after the MM. Maybe some swelling. Ankle feels a bit locked up and calf a bit tight. Not a good result.
