Foot generally working well. Soreness post run last week probably caused by scar tissue in the triangle gap between the tibia, fibula and talus. Needles into area to loosen. Improved stability in hop-test. Ok to ease into running.

Stretch out this 'gap' (when rested)
- pull heel down to release one way
- then push on fibula ankle to release laterally whilst leaning into a calf stretch
