Usual stuff trying to loosen everything. Tightness around peroneal nerve will cause things lower to lock up. Also work around the ankle/tibia/talus which made that feel looser. Toe working well so theoretically all looking good.

Lunchtime muddy run out and back golf course path. HR still high for an easy run. As usual ankle/shin felt ok while running... very slight soreness on shin - not too bad, very tight around supporting ankle/calf muscles.
