Not good. Same outcome I'd have expected 6 weeks ago. Was ok while running. Later in the eve dull ache and sore to touch on top/front of ankle. Peroneal seems ok, very slightly sore, calf tight the following day.

Nice longer ride in the Surrey Hills with Ruth. Hot day but mostly on forested lanes. Feeling pretty good, back a bit sore and LHS neck shoulder sore again afterwards.
