Lunchtime run, slow and coughing up the back end of a cold. Taping continues to feel good, first run with it. Seems to take pressure off the knee. Different feeling in R hip, think that was a problem.

Heel felt good after 2 days of tape. Reduced pain, reduced tightness in knee and less crunching. Some massage on the heel again and taping
