Note

Hips have been very tight. Since foot seems ok, been looking more at hip mobility and think the fact that I've not been doing any of the hip flexor/TFL/ITB release work (with strength work) for a while may be a problem. Rolling this week has loosened this significantly. Long term need to get glutes working more

SOC - Nov Classic - Short Brown - Bramshaw

Really nice bit of New Forest, technical runnable wooded area. A bit like CSC had a few niggles beforehand and had not done much recently after being ill and today it caught up with me. Started getting some knee aches after 20mins and was quite painful after 30-35mins at c13 but was only halfway round so stopped and jog/walked back via a few controls. Hips feeling tight and knee was worse when running uphill.

Had been going ok, started a bit recklessly and missed c3&4 (~2mins) but then reset and was navigating pretty well.
