Longer lunchtime run. Felt comfortable physically, but after ~40mins started having some knee issues. The usual tightening and then 10mins later some pain at the front. Stopped for 5mins to stretch & massage and then it was fine for the remaining 10min jog back.
Have done a fair bit recently after a small break (~50k in 8 days) and have been sore from S&C. Did a lot of rolling over the weekend and quad and ITB were quite tight too, so hopefully that and a bit of rest sorts it.
