Problems with plantar fasciitis, but had improved since it was at its worst (Thurs). Mechanically not too much wrong. Hip flexors working overtime so loosened that off to get posterior chain working and firing better. Probably just overdid it with the strength on the hamstrings and calves.
* Don't focus too much on foot - problem is elsewhere * Keep posterior chain loose/stretched * Bridge to test whether anything at the front is firing, if so massage hip flexors
