Sore knee from Monday's run. Rolling everything out. R foot soor below ankle and R quad/hip flexor tight - maybe due to L foot problems...

Been stretching calfs a lot more the last few days and that seems to provide some relief to the foot. Its no longer pain from the heel bone attachment but more just soreness in the middle of the foot arch.

Lunchtime run with Ruth. Back to sliding around in the mud. L foot sore and R knee started tightening up and causing a little bit of pain in the usual place below patella.
