What a nice day for a run! Thanks to Mike for making the starts available earlier - we avoided the rain completely.
I was off on almost every control - maybe it was the 1:7500 scale, maybe it was my lack of recent running, not sure but I seemed to be off and long for almost all. I enjoyed it anyways, as I do most every run and I got some great exercise.
First time running with my new Garmin 410 (thanks Matthew) and the accuracy is much better than the 205, I like having the heart rate recorded (but I dont like wearing the 'bra' strap oh well) and of course I like the nerdy factor. I locked the bezel during the run so I didnt touchand activate anything, and using the buttons for start/stop and laps for the controls worked perfectly. Very confortable on the wrist and the display is easy to read and will cycle thru the available data so you can see it all. All in all a great GPS watch!
