x-c skiing (classic) 30:00 [2] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

CNC - pootled a bit before deciding to return to car to put some grip wax on and get something to eat. Started up olympic, but the grooming turned me back to the stadium just past the bridge. Then went up Banff and took Lynx ending back at Biathlon, as Salt Lake didn't look too great (needly) going back out.

x-c skiing (classic) 50:00 [2] 8.2 km (6:06 / km)

CNC Banff - Bow - Banff loop, not all the way to the end.

x-c skiing (skate) 1:15:00 [3] 12.0 km (6:15 / km)

Confed. 2 x shortened blue loop and 4 x green loop sans steepest hill, twice in each direction and once around driving range. Snow in green loop was pretty good. Fast but not rock hard. Fell over twice. Heard, and saw a Great Horned Owl. Nice weather, clear and cool, no wind, some moonlight.
