Did Lourdes' course at Signal Hill. Really enjoyed the run. The uphill didn't seem too bad. Couldn't get a ping at #4 and #5 and wasted a bit of time there. Bumped into Lourdes on the way round.

Ski Fitness. Worked on diagonal stride as well as double poling.

CNC evening. Felt rather tired. Did the Banff loop including lollipop and back via Lynx then the shortest Frozen Thunder loop.

Confed. Green, blue and orange loops in both directions, plus yellow - purple - yellow short loop. Cool but nice, no wind, good light. Grip was pretty good on the new snow.

Confed. Blue loop in each direction and once around yellow. A bit cold with a brisk breeze, cloudy and -12C.
