Nicki's Springbank tnt. Lots of fun with route choices, running through snow, stairs and a zip line. Glorious afternoon.

Cookie race 24km route. Mostly not recent grooming so slower than anticipated, but good skier-set so still very pleasant. A bit chilly at start but very pleasant by the end. Even made some cookies for the occasion. Not sure exactly how long we took.

Ski Fitness at Confed. Worked on offset and drop-step turns.

Relay loop (middle hill on green x 3) and interval (purple 3 x 3 mins)
x-c skiing (skate) 30:00 [2] 4.5 km (6:40 / km)
Confed. Blue, green and orange loops. V. strong wind, hard work going west and on blown snow patches. Otherwise lovely.
orienteering 44:40 [3] 4.7 km (9:30 / km)
Jean's TNT. Bottomlands. Lovely fun course. some deep but soft snow to run through on a number of legs. Ran the stairs at the end. Luckily snow wasn't too deep at top of Tom Campbell's Hill where one had to run directly into the gale.

TNT (Gabi's) Distance actual, course distance was 5.9km I think. Fewer hills than the last couple and I took the road route for the biggest climbing section, so that I could (try to) keep running. -5C and glorious sunshine. Very enjoyable run.
