| a sprint O (that was pretty long really) throught the ANU. since i hadnt done anything for 2 days minus riding places, my knees felt pretty crap. i was pretty fast minus a minor stitch, but i could improve. my navigation was good, and i wasnt distracted by any runners, minus a few mistakes that could have been avoided from checking the map more carefully. lesson learnt: make sure the gap between the buildings your running through isnt blocked off by a fence or wall or something. |
