| 4 hours of the 4 cross track at friday flat. it was more tiring than i thought, so ive decided to log it, whereas i normally dont log any mountainbiking other than cross country. i guess it was kinda like intervals, push the bike up, ride down, rest at the top. |

| rode to dead horse gap and back, then followed the womens funrun as a kind of marshal. did the 4k and 300m climb the dead horse gap in 18 min. then rode back real fast downhill and cruised for 20 minutes, so part of this training was intensity 4, the rest 2. feelin good |

| some 100m sprints that were being held. i just went in 3 heats as a kind of interval training. we werent seriously timed, so ive just put 5 minutes down up there. |
