Wednesday Feb 13

orienteering race 35:30 [5]*** 5.7 km (6:14 / km) +160m 5:28 / km
spiked:16/18c
the usual twilight event. fitness almost top level i recon, except for climbing, and then comeing out of the hillly section and onto the flat i found it difficult to find an efficient style. as far as navigation, it was far better than last week, but exit directions and bearings into the control were not so good. i hope this dissapears when i get into the main season.

Tuesday Feb 12

riding (commute) 15:00 [4]
riding to cross country.
running race 18:55 [5] 5 km (3:47 / km) vdot: 53.2

impressed with time, that twas mine

Monday Feb 11

riding 35:00 [3]

Sunday Feb 10

running 15:00 [3]

Saturday Feb 9

running race 5:08 [5] 1.6 km (3:12 / km) vdot: 57.3
mile race. pushed it hard enough, plus i was in the lead the whole race
running race 7:10 [5] 2 km (3:35 / km) vdot: 51.9
2000m steeplechase. i would seriously reccomend this race to any orienteers doing track running at the moment. it tires you out good, with a hurdle every 85 metres, and the choice of a 3000m race too.
