great long run from Charlottes Pass. I'd never run up there, and Lizzie and Lukas had never been at all, so was a timely run. Up onto the main range, past the lakes and over Carruthers peak, then off track up Mt. Townsend, which was a bloody awesome 6k of fell-like running. then up to Kosi, and home. feet and knee pretty sore, especially after the drive home, but feel ok now.
