the first Swiss national league, a shortened long. HE
hadn't had much chance to eat and recover because of my stomach last night so really hit the wall in this race, but was pretty happy with my movement and nav in general, but i was pretty much joggin by the end. much less stacked HE field compared to last night, but was a solid 18min of Lauenstein.

swiss night o champs, HAL cos i'm not a confident night o runner, but ended up 3rd on a pretty easy course.
horrible stomach the whole way, and wore too many warm clothes.
