swiss middle champs. managed to recover well from yesterday and worked hard to stay running straight on a very flat map, with the exception of one hill which was so steep and muddy it was nearly impossible to climb up again.

3k time trial with the swiss team. cold, rainy and very windy. no one had a fast time today but i was surprised with how close we all were.
