So stuffed after yesterday. Did all three legs on one map. Was "beating round the bush" on the red course for a bit. Totally not in to orienteering today. Pretty hot too.

Haven't lost as much fitness as I thought, was powering up the first long hilll quite easially. HR seems to be hitting new hights a bit too well, after Street-O's 200 and an easy 191 today, I'm a bit worried, cause before if I hit 190, I was ready to die!

Had an awesome time burning up and down the slopes of Mt Coot-tha with Kieran and Olly. Good times on some sweet tracks. Nothing beats the Lantenna Trail though. Totally rooted afterwards.

Good fun coruse round the gardens. Got spriklered with poo water - was refreshing though.
I think I can safely say I'm officially starting my training for next year.

It's been six weeks since my last (intentional) run. It's time to see how the leg has recovered - will run at Street-O and hopefully, all will be well and I can start training again!
