Haven't lost as much fitness as I thought, was powering up the first long hilll quite easially. HR seems to be hitting new hights a bit too well, after Street-O's 200 and an easy 191 today, I'm a bit worried, cause before if I hit 190, I was ready to die! | ||

Had an awesome time burning up and down the slopes of Mt Coot-tha with Kieran and Olly. Good times on some sweet tracks. Nothing beats the Lantenna Trail though. Totally rooted afterwards. | ||
