In Mackay for work on Monday so decided to head up a couple of days early to check out Airlie Beach.
Weather was not on my side, and looks like it had been wet for quite some time.
Attempted to run 25km out and back on the Whitsunday Great Walk but the track was so muddy and slippery so just made it to the first lookout at snails pace. Called it then and returned back, soaking wet and muddied.

Fairly short bursts (mostly around 20 seconds) since most of the group was fresh from GC Marathon.
