Arvo run with James. A bit more energy today so managed 2km extra for the same time compared to yesterday's effort.

Easy run with Mark. Seriously struggled today. Putting it down to a serious lack of sleep and poor diet the past few days.
Found some cool new tracks, though quite steep and in the progress of being graded so probably won't be using them much.

Ran: 4:12, 4:01, 3:51, 3:46, 3:45
Next time I will pay more attention to lap pace
