7k Sri chinmoy at centennial park in Sydney - 31.54 - plus warm up/down. Some parts were real XC - mud, pine needles, grass, small hills. Fun but very humid.

Mt Tennant mountain run - though to be honest though I didnt run up much of Mt Tennant, I walked a lot. Also didn't do the second blackfolds flat out and back, but never really planned to. Fun running down.

Park Run at Lake G, according to them this is a pb by 1 second for me. Though I have run the course 6 times and only been 20 seconds slower than this, so seems like little progress has been made but at least I am not going backwards.

Have done lots since NZ, but very little exercise... need some goals.
