Orienteering at Sandhills. Very very slippery because it was raining but I enjoyed the course. We didn't get to go into the cool sand mining we just went around the rocky hills.

Cockies ints set by sanders. Aim was to get to top of blackie but I didn't ecven get close. We did 2 x 2 minute hills start at 3 different places racha bit higher than the last. I would have to start at 4 different places to make it- fun session though and lots of ice. Then I did 1 x 8 minute around circumsision to make my run an hour.

I am very proud of my training today. I did a lap of the lake - Cth bridge around past the zoo - from work. I wanted to do a tempo run so I made a deal with myself that I had to run hard from the museum to Cth bridge or 70 minutes whatever came first. It took me about 65 but I am impressed I didn't give up half way and just jog. It felt like a long way.
