Long run with felicity around the usual ridges which are making me very boooored at the moment so glad Fel was there to entertain me. At the end we did 15 minute of keeping HR above 170 which is hard work but not flat out.

It's totally amazing that I did my training today. I left it until 7.30pm and it still felt so hot and I was full of ice cream I felt for sure I would pike. Ben did. I did 20mins of tempo in the middle.

I also got blood test results back. A shot of vit b12 every week for 3 weeks and then supplements for 6 months. I don't even really understand what b12 is but aparently it will make me feel good so I'm looking forward to that though I don't really enjoy needles.

Run 3 and final leg of the triple tri. I'd been hanging around in the heat all day but clouds came over just in time for my run so it cooled down heaps. It was fun, a bit lonely and I was paranoid about going the wrong way through red hill.
