Planned an hour but it was really really uncomfortable running. I ran up past Sebba and Beth's into Ainslie and had planned to go up but uphill hurt my archilles alot and the other foot was sore at my bunion today so I was just limping the whole way. Obviously not enjoyable so cut it short.

Bilbies - foot/leg a bit sore on warm up and warm down. I think what happened is that I got too many shots on Friday. I reacted badly to one with a very nasty rash on my legs but it also caused swelling in my legs where the rash was. Then with my running everything got tighter and sorer and then I tweaked it. Now that the rash and swelling has gone, and I have done lots of stretching it all feels a bit better so hopefully I am over it.

1 x 1200m, 300m recovery. 3 x 400m, 100m recovery. Then a 300m recovery and I did it all over again. Phoebe has not been coming to bilbies lately and neither has Kate so I have been a bit on my own, though devil and gary are always up for a chat. Tired to do 4min k's but not successful.

Cook ovals with Kathie, foot a bit sore at the start but it did warm up into it so I did the full set (minus one because we can't count). Kathie runs fast and easily. I felt unco and slow. 300s and 200s

at northside fitness centre. I like it there and the instructor was great. Fun to be inside out of the weather and to have music to exercise to. Foot feels ok but I want it to be really ok so stayed off it today.

Bad day running wise - woke up with an extremely tight calf and archilles. As I rushed out the door and down the stairs at 6.45am something tweeked and it hurt. Limped the rest of the day and went to biblies thinking I needed to do some exercise to warm up calf/achilles so I could stretch it but it was all to painful. Went home and iced it. Lots of ibuprofen for the next few days.
