Collected some controls from blue gum orienteering, then ran up MT Ainslie from the car park at Philip ave. I did 5 x 30sec hill ints at the top then ran down. Havent run up a hill for ages and struggled. It was much harder than i remember it being...

warm up and warm down from bilbies. Moon looked cool tonight and it was so so warm! still 18 degrees according to the ABC clock at 5.45. great!!

Intervals: it was tough one tonight, really long. I didnt even finish the short set.
we did 2 x 4min with 2 min rest both were roughly 1k so i was happy with that.
then 2 x3min 90sec rest
2 x 1min 30 sec rest, I was stuffed
2 x 2min 1 min rest.

good set and im definately better!

Orienteering (Saturday Series) 42:15 [3] 4.9 km (8:37 / km)

It was at Mt Majura East, and was a great course not too hilly and a very sunny nice day, but I felt pretty bad running, think I may have jumped the gun and should have given myself a few more days to get better. I think maybe one more rest tomorrow and then Ill be awesome monday. Im bored with being a bit sick.

Cant believe i made it through the warm up to the session....
3 x 800, 3.15, 3.12, 3.20 400m recovery between then 2 x 400m
SO so so so over it. Im not going next week, and i plan on sitting on my ars and eating for the rest of the week.

Skiing at perisher again, today there were heaps of people out, and it was even sunny a bit. I was very tired at the end though, and the snow was mussy so the downhills werent as fun as theyre meant to be. I did the 7.5k loop, then the 5k loop, then the 2.5k loop.

Far out! today felt like really hard work. Fel and I ran at Mt Majura after teaching o to the kids at blue gum. I hope it was the hills (instead of my usual flat oval) that made it hard and im not getting a bit sick, but I felt stuffed at the end of each int. And Fel is running to good to be as unfit as she makes out.

Long bilbies warm up. 4 x 1km, should have done 5 but times were getting very depressing so I stopped for fear the last one would be worse. Was even feeling good for the first two.
200m recovery b.w each. 3.54; 4.12; 4.19; 4.20. 5 years ago I would run bilbies 1k is about 4.05 consistently for all 4 or 5.
