I have been swimming once a week for a while and today was the first time I swam well enough to really count it as training, I did 850m and it didnt take that long. Gisborne pool is not the nicest pool.

I ran up mt macedon for the first time, ims ure we went the steepest way, it was pretty horrible. Then I went across to camples hump and down the road.

Orienteering with Todd around the balt camp, we did a few short interval type things and we lost the dog when we both went in different direction so we had to go back to find her.

At Balmoral. It was quite hilly and I got stuck at a fence, and I was very tired from yesterday so even though I tried to go hard it was all a bit too hard.

3 laps of the admin course per interval - 8,55;9,04;9,02 and then i couldnt do the 4th, so I did one lap 2,55 and then waited a lap for the girls to come back and did the final lap, 2,49. We had 4 minutes rest between each int and it felt like nothing. I had about 3 minutes between my last 2 laps. Really good session and I was stuffed.

It took 10 minutes to put out the controls i was given. Then I ran the course. It was a sprint at mittagong, and was really fun, so of those boys can run fast.

At the NSW junior squad camp in belangelow. First we did a little course which focused on compass, then a star relay and i was so messy for my second turn in the relay. annyoying. then i picked up some controls.

At medowbank with a fair few out of control dogs. Ben planned my course and it was great except i wasnt quite sure where i was meant to go next sometimes so i missed a few control that were close by...

Ints at funny farm with Trace and her group. We did 3 loops, 2 lopps, 1 loop, then 2 halves, with 4 minutes between of about a 500m course with hills and bog and everything. 7,18; 4, 50; 2,19; 1.20; ???

With Trace and her group again. 1 x800m at 95sec 400s. Then one lap of 50m on 50m off, then 5 x 400m. all at 82 secs. long rest between each ( i think 4mins).

Intervals with Tracys group. It was awesome. We did 7 x 500m, but i dont think the second interval is 500m its definately longer than the first. 1,45; 1,58; 1;48; 1,38;1,38; 1,50;1,50. 2 minutes in between each one. I was so tired for the last.
