AUS relays in the cockies team with Shan and Heather. Definately felt the tiredness in my legs today. Climbed over a rocky hills to number one which I didnt mean to (maybe the same hill as Fel?) and then ok to the rest probably just a bit slow... very fun orienteering. Relays are great!

Lots of ducking and weaving and a good day to break an ankle too. Lots of rock, but it all made sense and I run ok, a few annoying wobbles, annoying because I knew I was going in the wrong direction when I was doing it, also lost a bit of time trying to work out where I was at the end of the long leg beucase my mind had wandering during it. Biggest mistake was the second last one, freaked out cos couldnt see it and I just need to go a bit further. Anyway dropped to the saddle to check it all out and went back up again.

Orienteering 14:42 [3]

Clean run except for one control which I exited in 180 degrees wrong, only a few seconds but it was a sprint so its all about seconds. No way I could have got even close to ewelsy's time.
