Park run then a full lap of lake g to make it long. Told lucy at the start i wanted to try to stay with her, she took this as a challenge and we ran the first k in 3.50, i only lasted about 200m after that before a gap opened, then i struggled home in 21.15. Muscles a bit twitchy, maybe the needling on Thursday night?

This map was huge sandstone outcrops and Hilary set a tricky course. Lot a bit on 1, it took me a while to work out that every rock on the map was the size of a building. Then 18 went in a break in the rock to early. Otherwise just found it tough getting through the forest and up and over the rocks.

From Mossy Point out around Broulee Island and back. Planned to do longer but had a headache that running wasn't helping so I went back to join the others at the muffin shop.
