At seal rocks (on the coast, north of sydney). Saw a dingo, it was scary. Seal rocks is really pretty and great to get away from sydney for the w/e.

Hill intervals with Pheobe in Linfield. From the Bridge up to the street on the 2 creeks track.
1- 2.41 (only to teh first sign)
2- 3.04 (to the street)
3- 3.06 (to the street)
4- 0.16 (from sign to street)

long recovery down the hill. Its a tough one, its steep ten flat then steep then flat etc,
Hot!!

between Dee Why and Manly (what suburb is that?)
9 minutes late looses you lots of points, but i kept trying to get points even after i was late to make up for the points lost, but that just made me later. At least I wasnt early for a change.
The ocean was nice.

Felt bad!
Ben and I ran around North Ryde looking for the track, I was starting to get grumpy when we saw it.

16 min W/U,
4 x 1k started at 3.56 for frist one and slowed to 4.14 for last..... 200m recovery.
