15 minutes on rowing machine until it broke, and then 20minutes on the bike. It was too hot to move for most of the morning but freezing by the time we fired up the bbq.

12 min w/u Mona fartlek, w/d. Feel sooooo good it was awesome, must only get 5 hours sleep more often.

Wasnt late back this time, but in a mega hurry so no warm up or warm down except run back to car. Legs felt heavy but it was quite hilly.

13 minute w/u. Jog from our house to the grass track. The first few steps I felt like a very very old woman, I was going backwards nearly.

4 x 1k 3, 56; 4, 12; 4,10; 4,09 I was by myself. Used to be able to run much faster....

200m recovery ~ 1,30.

17 min w/d back through Mac Uni.

18.34 for the course, suprisingly hard considering i live 2 blocks away. Made loads of small mistakes.

Spit bridge to manly and back. Stopped for a swim at 90minutes. The water was so clear and warm.
