running 1:32:00 [3]
from newton beach (? i think thats what its called) up the coast to whale beach and back. Most of this run was around street then back out on to sand for a bit, then back. I didnt really know where i was going, had to ask ppl a few times. I didnt eat before i went so i was feeling pretty flat and it was hot. I stopped twice once for a swim at 52 minutes at whale beach, and the next time for some solo at 72 becuase without that solo i wouldnt have made it back.

In Lane Cove national park, its so nice in there, and i wasnt one bit scard now the scary man is in jail. I did 3 x 5ish minute hills, which are not that hilly but you definately finish higher than you start and there is at least 2 minutes of up and only 2 steps down. 5, 11; 5, 15, 5,17. Then 3 x 1 minute hills. 58, 57, 55 (i had to beat a girl on her bike up the hill). Recovery were down the hill, about 7 minutes for the 5 minutes, and 2 for the 1min's.
