| Bilbies long warm up and drills. Then 6x 100m, with 75 easy, then 3 x 2.20ish intervals, 2,13; 2,20; 2,21 then 2x100m with 75 between. Felt really crap. Bad sign. |

| Glendale, it was fun, but I was not with it at all, I daydreamed (the fields were filled with loads of butterflys) and couldnt focus at all. The course wasnt even boring. I hope at easter I will be able to concentrate. |
