| Day one of the Scott. I rode 3rd and did a blue lap, which was really fun becuase jules and seb hammered the first two laps so i didnt have much traffic and i just cruised around! Then I did a red lap and bit later and the blue if definately my favorite becuase i find getting down the hill scary so i was slow and other bits of the red were hard for me. I had one good crash which i thought was really going to hurt until i landed in a pine tree before i hit the ground so it hardly hurt at all! |

| Hill ints at that hill in bruce ridge that I always used to run up with Sophie and Fel and acejase a few years back, which is probably the last time i hill ints happened regularly, but im going to start trying again because I would like to be stronger.
anyway, I did 4 x up the hill and 4 x up the little hill on the otherside. 1,45; 29; 1,47; 30; 1,50; 32; 1,49; 30. My legs were hurting alot, and on the last one I was definately done. |

| 2k time trail - 8,13. 400m recovery and then 3 x 600m. 2,22;2,25;2,24 with 200m recovery. Good session. Rach was there so I had someone to run with and talk to during the long warm up. |
