| With Fel on the mont course for the weekend, though that only took 50minutes, it was getting to the start and back that took ages. Its a fun course apart from one steep uphill. |

| 6 x ~650m, its the VW set, with 200m recovery. My recoverys were really slow and I couldnt get my heart rate up for the first few. 2,28;2,38;2,43;??;,2,40;2,40.

| Long run with Kylie and Fel. I was really tired, and it was very hot and Kylie and I started talking about a drink 20minute from home, which made it worse. Also my shoe poped, one the air bubble in the sole which is cushioning, broke and my shoe felt like it deflated. |
