With Trace and her group again. 1 x800m at 95sec 400s. Then one lap of 50m on 50m off, then 5 x 400m. all at 82 secs. long rest between each ( i think 4mins).

At Lane Cove, felt a bit funny all day, I think i have a head cold, but once I started running I felt great.

Tuesday Dec 4

shoes: Nike structure 10's
Intervals with Tracys group. It was awesome. We did 7 x 500m, but i dont think the second interval is 500m its definately longer than the first. 1,45; 1,58; 1;48; 1,38;1,38; 1,50;1,50. 2 minutes in between each one. I was so tired for the last.
