slow jog on bruce ridge this morning, my quads are so so sore.

4 x 1min ints on flat track in bruce ridge with jas and mort. Was meant to be 6 but my legs were not moving at all and i was so stuffed after 4 and heart rate was not even high.
every second one was the uphill one:

with jas at the ais, big rests at the end of 100m's. Morten walked along the side of pool faster than we were swimming in an attempt to prove swimming is a waste of time, bet he couldnt walk that fast in water though.

My run today also really really annoyed me. Number 10, easiest control took me so so long.

I ran better today than the day before and was more used to the rocks, so it made more sense. I made a mistake at 8, again bad direction due to not reading my compass, and allison and jasmine caught me. We went some different ways from then on, mostly allison found her way to tracks, and i stumbled through rocks, but we were back together and with some other girls for the last few. Classics are definately getting easier.
