Fun morning run with Shan, not even a little bit dark. We did a nice flat loop too and saw Cathy and her two dogs on the way.

went to bodybalance straight from bilbies, and my legs were a bit too tired to hold all the strength poses and i was so so hungry by the end so im not sure if im going to do the bilbies/bb comb again next week....
